I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were updated, clean, and had two terraces with a refreshing blast of cold air towards the bed, offering a nice view. The service, though friendly, could benefit from better customer service training, especially when handling simple requests. The location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood by the lake, but unfortunately, we had no time to shower before leaving for church. Overall, the value for money was good, providing a comfortable and clean accommodation.
